Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For pre-order items, the shipping date is in the product description.
We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days, but during holidays or busy periods, it may take a bit longer.
Once dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Make sure to check the international rates for your country calculated at checkout 😊
If your country is not available on checkout, get in touch with our team and we will see if we can arrange shipping for your country!
Are there import duties for international orders?
We are unable to determine whether there will be import duties or customs fees. This is dependent on the country and their import laws.
If you are concerned about import duties, we would advise you contact your local customs office for more information about their specific import laws and whether there are any additional fees.
Something Cosy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Product Care
Can I put my tote bag in the washing machine?
Yes you can was your Tote bag in the washing machine but only on a low setting. Do not put in a dryer.Â
Can I iron my tote bag?
If your tote's looking a little wrinkly, feel free to iron it—but with a little TLC. Use a low heat setting and make sure to place a cloth between the iron and the bag (no direct contact, please!).Â
